Thank you for your answer ！ This problem has been solved by reinstalling the Windows system.But I don’t Know the resion of this problem. I always used vs 2017.
the Enlglish version problem : The target Xamlc does not exist in the project.
if the question come out , I will try to deal with it through update visual studio
